Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving property sales. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, legal) to ensure smooth deal closures
Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements
Keep updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales or business development (real estate preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
