About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating quality leads through effective social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and grow social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content calendars, captions, and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality creatives.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads experience is an added advantage).
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Build and engage online communities by responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
