Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure functionality, safety, and aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and layouts.
- Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
