Job Title: Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with assigned B2B clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client requirements and provide strategic solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and project timelines.
- Identify and resolve project risks and delivery roadblocks.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for proposals and business initiatives.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
- Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Client Service, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong experience managing B2B client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to identify business growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
