Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and results-driven Non-Textile Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term planning of non-textile materials, products, or divisions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing supply chains, inventory, procurement, or production in a non-textile environment and be capable of optimizing efficiency, improving quality, and reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
v Manage the sourcing, production, or procurement of non-textile products and materials.
v Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
v Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management systems.
v Oversee logistics and warehouse operations related to non-textile items.
v Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
v Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
v Analyze data and reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
v Lead and develop a team to meet performance and productivity targets.
v Support product development and innovation initiatives as needed.
v Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control strategies for the non-textile segment.
Requirements
v Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
v Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within a non-textile industry.
v Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
v Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and inventory management tools.
v Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
v Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to non-textile operations.
