Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email marketing, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for agency services.
- Pitch Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Branding, Reel Production, and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative and marketing teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and update sales reports regularly.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development mindset.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media platforms.
- Ability to handle client meetings and presentations confidently.
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Influencer Marketing, and Branding services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in advertising, marketing agencies, or digital marketing sales will be preferred.
