Key Responsibilities & Duties
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop project execution plans, work breakdown structures, and detailed schedules.
Budgeting & Procurement: Manage project budgets, negotiate with vendors, and oversee the procurement of equipment (e.g., chillers, AHUs).
Design & Compliance: Review HVAC designs, schematics, and load calculations, ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, building codes, and safety standards.
Site Management & Safety: Supervise installation, commissioning, subcontractors, and site engineers, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and internal teams, providing regular status reports.
Project Closeout: Handle inspections, documentation, and punch list resolution to finalize projects.
