Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Engage with existing and prospective clients to promote company products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Update and manage customer data in business databases
- Provide timely and professional customer support
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute customer acquisition strategies
