Job Description:
● Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
● Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
● Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
● Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and maintain employee records.
● Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
● Identify training needs and facilitate development programs.
● Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance tracking, ensuring timely
and correct disbursement of employee salaries.
Requirements:
● 1 years of HR experience, preferably in IP
● Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
● High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
