Job Title: Couple Coordinator

Job Summary
Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is seeking a compassionate, well-organized, and patient-focused IVF Couple Coordinator to guide couples throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate will coordinate appointments, provide treatment-related information, and ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the complete patient journey from consultation to treatment completion.
- Guide couples regarding IVF procedures, treatment schedules, and required investigations.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, medications, and treatment plans.
- Address patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure timely communication between patients and the medical team.
- Assist in counselling support and patient education as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Life Sciences, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or Healthcare Management preferred).
- Experience in an IVF/Fertility Centre or hospital is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
