Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk and ensure a positive experience for visitors and clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing calls, coordinating appointments, and supporting administrative operations. Similar receptionist roles in Pushpak Nagar emphasize welcoming walk-in customers, handling calls, maintaining visitor records, and supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and walk-in customers.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor registers and appointment schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate meetings and site visits (if applicable).
- Manage emails, courier services, and office correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support administrative and documentation tasks.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions effectively.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Qualifications
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Administration.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
Working Hours
- Day Shift
- Weekly off as per company policy.
Pay: ₹8,616.90 - ₹24,016.42 per month
