Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities as per schedule to minimize downtime and ensure optimum generation.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults related to DC, AC, HT, inverter, and monitoring systems.
Analyze alarms, trips, low generation, PR/CUF deviation, and repeated faults to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and site teams for spare parts, repairs, shutdown planning, and warranty support.
Maintain safety compliance including LOTO, PPE, permits, electrical isolation, and emergency response procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on generation, downtime, maintenance work, fault history, and performance trends.
Technical Duties
Check insulation resistance, polarity, continuity, and cable condition on the DC side.
Inspect breakers, relays, CTs, VTs, protection settings, and panel health on the AC/HT side.
Monitor inverter performance, firmware status, cooling systems, and communication health.
Verify transformer parameters, oil condition, earthing resistance, and lightning arrester health.
Review SCADA/data logger alarms and ensure proper communication with all critical equipment.
Reporting And Compliance
Maintain logbooks, maintenance records, incident reports, and shutdown records.
Support internal audits, warranty claims, and compliance checks against applicable electrical and safety standards.
Track plant performance indicators and support actions to improve availability, reliability, and energy yield
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
