- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Receive and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and emails.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes if required.
- Provide basic information to visitors and clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with other departments for visitor and office requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
