About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Architect with strong expertise in Recipe Development and Specification Management within SAP EHS.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise SAP PLM solutions, leading solution-design workshops, managing recipe and formula lifecycle processes, and integrating SAP PLM with SAP S/4HANA and related functional modules.
This role requires strong solution-architecture capability, stakeholder management, global implementation exposure, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP PLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, configure, and implement SAP PLM solutions with focus on Recipe Development and Specification Management.
- Lead end-to-end SAP PLM implementation projects from requirement gathering and solution design through deployment, testing, go-live, and support.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define and optimise product lifecycle management processes.
- Manage recipe, formula, and specification lifecycle processes aligned with product development and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate SAP PLM with SAP S/4HANA and relevant modules including SAP MM, PP-PI, QM, and EHS.
- Provide solution governance and technical leadership across SAP PLM initiatives.
- Design scalable PLM architecture and recommend best practices for product development, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with global business, functional, and technical teams.
- Prepare solution documents, process flows, architecture designs, functional specifications, and implementation documentation.
Mandatory Skills
- 12+ years of SAP experience
- Strong hands-on SAP PLM experience
- Recipe Development experience
- Specification Management experience within SAP EHS
- SAP S/4HANA integration experience
- SAP MM, PP-PI, QM, and EHS integration knowledge
- Formula and recipe lifecycle management
- SAP solution architecture and business process design
- Global or enterprise SAP implementation experience
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- SAP PLM Product Safety or Product Compliance exposure
- Experience in food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, or process manufacturing environments
- SAP Fiori exposure
- SAP Activate methodology
- Experience leading offshore and global delivery teams
- Experience with compliance reporting and regulatory documentation
