We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive with 5–8 years of proven experience in managing core HR functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. This role requires a proactive professional who can support business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records in compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and workplace culture activities.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
- Handle employee grievances and promote healthy employee relations.
- Ensure statutory compliance and support HR audits by maintaining accurate documentation.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Generate HR metrics and reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and talent management needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR operations and generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
