Junior Accountant

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting.
- Preferred M.Com /MBA qualification.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of financial integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial integrity.
- Ensure timely bank payments to vendors and creditors.
- Effectively manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, providing insights into financial performance.
- Prepare and report on the company's financial health and liquidity, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions and documents to identify discrepancies and mitigate risks.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality protocols and conduct database backups as necessary to safeguard sensitive information.
