Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop new welding consumables and products.
- Improve existing products through formulation and process optimization.
- Perform product testing, validation, and quality evaluations.
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to implement new developments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and international standards.
- Prepare technical reports, product documentation, and development data.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Experience in welding consumables, metallurgy, manufacturing, or industrial R&D will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
- Knowledge of welding processes and material testing will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
