About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, understanding their logistics requirements, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online channels.
- Identify and qualify potential customers across various industries.
- Understand client logistics and transportation requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the business development team when required.
- Prepare quotations and assist in commercial discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth onboarding of customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Logistics Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation activities.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain services is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
