Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective students and customers, generate leads, and support admissions and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
- Explain courses, programs, and services effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain lead records.
- Schedule appointments for Academic Counselors.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Update CRM and maintain daily call reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Strong communication and convincing abilities.
