We are seeking an In-Person Senior Planning Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our industrial construction team. In this role, you will lead the scheduling, tracking, and project controls for large-scale industrial projects, including warehouses, PEB sheds, and logistics parks. You will work on-site daily to ensure project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage baseline schedules for industrial structures and warehouses.
- Oversee site progress tracking for civil works, PEB erection, and flooring.
- Perform detailed delay analysis and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Coordinate daily with site execution teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor resource loading, material procurement logs, and equipment schedules.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with KPI dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 8–10 years of planning experience, specifically in industrial/logistics projects.
- Expert mastery of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Deep understanding of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction sequences.
- Strong communication skills for active, on-site stakeholder management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
