We are hiring experienced Team Leaders and Telecallers for an Australian Solar Sales Process.
Open Positions:
- Team Leader – 2 Openings
- Telecaller / Sales Executive – 10+ Openings
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through outbound calling.
- Pitch Solar Panels, Solar Batteries, and Heat Pump solutions to Australian customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Team Leaders will be responsible for managing team performance and ensuring target achievement.
Requirements:
- Experience in Australian Solar Sales Process is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to work from the Gurugram office.
- Must be comfortable working in the Australian shift (starting at 4:00 AM).
