Mid-Level Accounting Professionals
Role Description The Mid-Level Accounting Professional will manage day-to-day accounting operations to support KW International’s cross-border logistics and fulfillment activities. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi includes preparing and reviewing journal entries, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate recording of revenue, expenses, and inventory-related transactions. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, assisting with month-end and year-end closing, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and preparing financial reports for management. The professional will collaborate with operations and logistics teams to align financial records with shipments, customs duties, and service billing, while ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. The role also includes identifying process improvements, supporting audits, and contributing to financial analyses that guide business decisions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, journal entry preparation, account reconciliation, and understanding of accrual-based accounting.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, such as preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, corporate taxation, and familiarity with Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting and ERP software, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to work with large data sets and financial models.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.

Mid-Level Air and Ocean Operations Professional
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid-Level Air and Ocean Operations Professional based in Delhi. The role involves overseeing daily air and ocean freight operations, including booking shipments, coordinating with carriers and consolidators, and managing documentation for exports and imports. The professional will monitor shipment status, ensure timely customs clearance, and maintain accurate records in internal systems while adhering to regulatory and client-specific requirements. Responsibilities include liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues, optimizing routing and transit times, and supporting cost-effective logistics solutions. The role also includes preparing operational reports, maintaining service quality standards, and contributing to continuous process improvements within the air and ocean operations function.
Qualifications
- Experience in air and ocean freight operations, including booking, documentation, and coordination with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements for cross-border logistics.
- Proficiency in logistics and warehousing systems, shipment tracking tools, and basic data analysis for operational reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in eCommerce logistics or U.S. destination operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field preferred.
