Role: Digital Marketing + Operations Executive (Sports Turf & Activity Arena)
Location: Jankipuram, Lucknow (On-site / Hybrid)
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing + Ops Executive to help grow and run a multi-sport turf and activity arena. This is not a “strategy-only” role. You’ll be responsible for driving bookings, managing daily ops coordination, and making sure the turf runs smoothly with minimal friction.
If you enjoy execution, numbers, and real-world impact (not just dashboards), this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Execute local digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, basic ads if needed)
- Manage turf promotions, offers, and student-focused campaigns
- Handle content posting: reels, stories, posters, banners (coordination + basic edits)
- Track bookings, leads, and campaign performance weekly
Operations & Booking Management
- Manage turf bookings (WhatsApp / booking software like BookYourSlot or similar)
- Coordinate daily slot schedules and resolve conflicts
- Ensure smooth communication with players, coaches, and groups
- Maintain booking records, payments, and basic reports
On-ground Coordination
- Coordinate with coaches, trainers, and class instructors (yoga, dance, martial arts)
- Ensure turf readiness (time slots, lighting, basic checks)
- Act as the bridge between marketing, customers, and on-ground operations
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, operations, or local business growth
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, Google tools, and basic analytics
- Strong execution mindset — you like getting things done
- Organized, reliable, and good at handling multiple tasks
- Based in or willing to work from Jankipuram / Kursi Road area
This Role Is NOT For
- Strategy-only or “ideas-only” profiles
- Freelancers juggling multiple full-time gigs
- People uncomfortable with on-ground coordination
