Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other online marketplaces.
- Generate business leads for Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and related services.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project estimation and successful project delivery.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar bidding platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and IT services.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
