About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and customer-focused Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our Bakingo store in Sector 32, Ludhiana.
The candidate will be responsible for order processing, cake and bakery product packing, inventory support, hygiene, customer handling, and assisting the Store Manager in smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations as per company SOPs.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Pick and pack cakes, bakery products, and other items as per orders.
- Ensure proper packaging and presentation of products before dispatch.
- Coordinate with delivery partners for timely order handover.
- Check product quality, quantity, labelling, and packaging before dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and working area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory checking, stock arrangement, and stock counting.
- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Handle billing/POS and order processing wherever required.
- Attend to customer queries and provide polite and effective customer service.
- Assist in store opening and closing activities.
- Maintain proper records as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Support new team members during training and onboarding.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behaviour.
- Escalate operational issues and customer complaints to the Store Manager.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
