Role Overview
The Operations & Finance Executive is responsible for day-to-day financial control and operational hygiene of the company. This role ensures that money, records, payments, and documents are always accurate and up to date.
This is a control role, not an accounting or strategy role.
Key Responsibilities Financial Operations
- Process monthly payroll for employees and contractors
- Track all expenses and payments in Google Sheets
- Maintain daily cash-in / cash-out records
- Track trainee fee collections and pending payments
- Coordinate invoice payments to third-party vendors (training partner)
Banking & Compliance
- Coordinate with bank for account-related work
- Assist founder with banking documentation and follow-ups
- Maintain copies of KYC documents, agreements, and receipts
- Ensure all records are organised and retrievable
Administrative Operations
- Maintain employee records and offer letters
- Maintain trainee payment confirmations
- Support contract and agreement documentation
- Handle basic vendor communication related to payments
Daily Tasks
- Update expense and revenue tracker
- Verify pending payments and dues
- Maintain salary and invoice status
- Share daily finance summary with founder
KPIs / Performance Metrics
- Zero missed or delayed payments
- 100% accurate records
- Daily financial visibility
- Monthly cost summary submitted on time
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of accounting and expenses
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
- Basic written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and discipline
- 0–2 years experience (freshers welcome)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
