Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Production Supervisor for our Polymer Industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in production supervision and be capable of managing day-to-day production activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and maintain production standards.
- Manage production staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor in the polymer or manufacturing industry.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
