Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce & Quick Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, order management, and platform optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management (Amazon & Flipkart)
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (title, description, keywords, images, A+ content)
- Manage cataloging, pricing, and inventory updates
- Monitor product performance, ratings, and reviews
- Handle backend operations like order processing, returns, and refunds
- Coordinate with account managers for growth and visibility
Quick Commerce Management (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
- Manage product listings and inventory across quick commerce platforms
- Ensure product availability and stock replenishment
- Track daily sales and platform performance
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth operations
- Work on visibility campaigns and promotions within apps
Performance & Marketing
- Run and optimize ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, in-app promotions)
- Analyze sales data and generate reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates
- Execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts
Operations & Coordination
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, sales)
- Maintain data accuracy across platforms
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Knowledge of quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
- Understanding of SEO for product listings
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout (optional)
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain
- Graphic/content sense for better listing optimization
Pay: ₹9,701.30 - ₹33,387.73 per month
