Teacher Job – FEA (Freedom Employability Academy)
About FEA:
FEA is a charitable trust providing free education (English, digital skills, employability) to youth (18+) across North India.
Eligibility: Graduate (any stream) Basic English communication
Salary & Benefits: ₹14,500/month (1st year) → ₹16,500/month (after performance) Bonuses up to ₹22,000
Training will be provided (In Lucknow). Petrol + accommodation allowance Paid leave + medical insurance
Responsibilities: Teach students (English + digital skills) Take 4 classes daily Handle basic admin work Job
Details: Full-time | 6 days/week 8 hours (split shift available)
Location: Within 20 km radius of your village.
Training: Compulsory residential training in Lucknow for 1-2 Months & Stipend ₹250/day + free food, stay & travel during training.
Note: Freshers welcome
Strict discipline (no dishonesty/substance use)
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
