Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hardware, software, networking, CRM support, and troubleshooting, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, network, and CRM-related issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning and support of CRM systems.
- Implement and maintain IT security measures, backups, and data protection protocols.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and system records.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience with cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
