The Cluster Head (Affordable HL/LAP) will be responsible for leading and managing a cluster of branches or sales teams focused on achieving business targets for Affordable Housing Loans (HL) and Loans Against Property (LAP). This pivotal role involves driving sales, ensuring portfolio quality, managing operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture within the assigned cluster. The Cluster Head will be a strategic leader, instrumental in expanding market share and ensuring sustainable growth in the affordable lending segment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets for Affordable Housing Loans and Loans Against Property across the cluster.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Branch Managers and sales personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity and employee development.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and devise effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance to maintain a healthy portfolio quality and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the entire loan lifecycle, from lead generation and application processing to disbursement and post-disbursement service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Manage portfolio delinquencies and implement proactive measures for recovery and collections, working closely with collection teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, property agents, direct selling agents (DSAs), and other referral partners.
- Monitor operational efficiency of branches within the cluster, ensuring smooth functioning, cost optimization, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
