We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Support Engineer to provide Field technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of IT/Networking/Hardware solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service to customers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking devices, and IT infrastructure.
- Perform on-site diagnostics to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide preventive maintenance and health checks for client systems.
- Respond to service requests, resolve issues within SLA, and maintain service reports.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and OEMs for escalations.
- Ensure proper documentation of service activities, incident logs, and customer feedback.
- Train end-users on product usage, safety, and best practices.
- Assist in deployment of new technologies or upgrades at client locations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare inventory required for field visits.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism during all client interactions.
