Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resource operations for our Real Estate and Jewellery business divisions. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, administration, compliance, performance management, and overall HR operations while ensuring smooth coordination between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, site, showroom, admin, and corporate positions.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Develop hiring strategies for both real estate and jewellery industry requirements.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Maintain healthy employee relations and address grievances professionally.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, discipline, and employee conduct.
- Handle employee engagement activities and HR communication.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary structures, PF, ESIC, bonus, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and confidential documentation.
- Ensure labour law compliance and company policy implementation.
Administration & Operations
- Supervise housekeeping, security, office administration, and operational support.
- Coordinate with vendors, site teams, showroom staff, and management.
- Monitor employee productivity and workplace discipline.
Performance Management
- Conduct employee performance reviews and probation evaluations.
- Support training, development, and retention initiatives.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and organizational development.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple departments and workforce categories.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR software, and documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate and/or Jewellery industry preferred.
- Ability to manage both corporate office and operational workforce.
- Presentable, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role preferred.
