We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tailor Master with strong expertise in Indian ethnic wear to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of garment construction, stitching, fitting, alterations, and finishing for ethnic outfits. The candidate must understand premium tailoring and garment finishing standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Stitching, cutting, and supervising the production of ethnic wear garments such as lehengas, suits, kurtas, shararas, gowns, blouses, anarkalis, and Indo-western outfits.
* Taking measurements and ensuring perfect fittings and alterations.
* Understanding garment patterns, fabrics, embroidery placements, and finishing techniques.
* Managing tailoring processes and maintaining quality standards.
* Coordinating with designers and clients to execute customized garments.
* Handling alterations and ensuring timely delivery of outfits.
* Maintaining neat finishing and premium craftsmanship in every garment.
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tailoring/master tailoring (Ethnic Wear preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Indian ethnic wear construction and fitting.
* Expertise in cutting, stitching, pattern understanding, alterations, and finishing.
* Ability to handle luxury or designer wear garments is a plus.
* Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
* Team handling and workshop management experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate
A candidate with prior experience in designer boutiques, couture brands, or ethnic wear production houses will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience / Negotiable
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
