Job description
Role Overview : We are looking for a Product Manager to own end-to-end product execution across app and web.
The role focuses on improving user journeys, conversion, retention, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and execution across web & app.
- Translate business goals into product features and experiments.
- Work closely with technology, design, and marketing teams.
- Optimize funnels across landing, onboarding, purchase, and retention stages.
- Analyze user behavior using tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics (GA), MoEngage, etc.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Improve checkout, payment flows, and user experience (UX) to drive higher revenue.
- Build and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product documentation.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure timelines are met.
Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in a D2C or startup environment).
- Strong understanding of customer funnels, retention strategies, and growth metrics.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics (GA).
- Basic understanding of technology concepts, including APIs and app/web workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
Good to Have
- Experience working on subscription-based or marketplace products.
