Work Mode: 50% Work From Office | 50% Field (3 Days Field + 3 Days WF0)
Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Business Development Executives to identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. The role involves corporate client visits, lead generation, presentations, and relationship management with pharma organizations.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit pharmaceutical corporate offices and healthcare organizations
· Identify potential clients and schedule meetings
· Promote company services related to patient awareness and doctor engagement solutions
· Generate leads through research and networking activities
· Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitches
· Handle the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
· Attend pharma conferences, meetings, and industry events
· Achieve assigned business and revenue targets
Skills & Requirements
· 0–4 years of experience in Business Development / Pharma Sales / Corporate Sales preferred
· Graduation in B.Pharma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Life Sciences / Marketing preferred
· Strong understanding of pharma and healthcare industry terminology
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
· Ability to develop client relationships and close opportunities
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Fluent in English; local language preferred
Work Schedule
· Monday to Friday
· 1st & 3rd Saturday working
