Data Entry Operator (SAP) – Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with working knowledge of SAP to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in data entry, maintaining records in SAP, and supporting warehouse or operational activities with accurate and timely documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry in SAP.
- Update inventory, stock movement, GRN, PO, and other operational records in SAP.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, procurement, and accounts teams.
- Maintain physical and digital records of invoices, delivery challans, and other documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or SAP Operator.
- Working knowledge of SAP (MM/WM modules preferred).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
- Good typing speed with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations will be an added advantage.
