Are you passionate about teaching Ethics and shaping the next generation of civil servants? Civils Phodo is looking for an experienced and dedicated Ethics Faculty to mentor UPSC and BPSC aspirants.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Ethics, Integrity & Aptitude (GS Paper IV) with conceptual clarity.
- Conduct engaging classes using real-life administrative examples and case studies.
- Develop study material, notes, and practice questions.
- Guide students in answer writing and case study solving.
- Evaluate student performance and provide personalized mentorship.
- Stay updated with the latest UPSC/BPSC trends and examination patterns.
Eligibility
- Strong command over Ethics, Governance, and Public Administration concepts.
- Prior teaching experience for UPSC/BPSC or other Civil Services examinations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics through practical examples.
- Passion for mentoring and student success.
