We are looking for a dynamic, talented and result-oriented Presales Consultant to join our global team. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, creating solution proposals, and pitch decks positioning our consulting and IT services to meet customer needs. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including sales, technical experts, and delivery, to ensure seamless support of sales opportunities through conversion.
Responsibilities
Crafting sales pitch and providing capability/ services offering knowledge & support to sales teams
Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs and proposal development
Driving the solution and rest of the proposal as per win themes and client buyer values
Create, manage, and update re-usable content repository for RFx responses
Conduct market research for identified industry segments which includes market intelligence, competitors analysis, industry trend analysis etc.
Responsible for account-specific collateral Preparation: capability decks, approach notes, value packs, service articulation, case studies, etc. as part of farming & mining activities
Integrate technical solution, implementation approach into business proposals, build pricing models based on technical estimates, timelines, and cost analyses
Support in developing GTM strategy for regions & verticals, handling client visits, knowledge management initiatives etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s in computer engineering / IT / or any other field
MBA in Sales & Marketing / IT or others
5 to 10 years of IT experience in Presales within Digital Product Engineering / Software development space
Experience in responding to large-scale RFIs / RFPs / RFQs and creating bid proposals for multiple geographies and industry verticals
Understanding of business processes and Industry domain. Understand & have point of view on the future trends of the industry & how organizations need to innovate to compete & grow their businesses
Experience of solutioning & defining large and complex digital solutions
Understanding of new age technologies like – Cloud, Big Data, GenAI/ AI / ML, IoT and their application in Digital Transformation
Understanding of design, architecture & Implementation aspects of various technology solutions
Excellent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. Good in Stakeholder management with excellent problem-solving skills.
