Job Summary:
We are looking for 02 experienced Project Managers to join our team for deployment in the NIC DOPT Informatics Division. The ideal candidates will oversee end-to-end IT project delivery, software development lifecycles (SDLC), resource management, and client stakeholder communication for government e-Governance portals and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Execution: Manage complete project lifecycles for IT portal development, maintenance, and system updates.
- Approach & Methodology: Formulate project execution strategies, scope understanding, and software development methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) tailored to project standards.
- Resource Management: Plan, deploy, and direct cross-functional IT teams (developers, testers, system admins) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client leadership, conducting technical presentations and status reviews.
- Quality & Process Adherence: Ensure projects comply with industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and CMMI processes.
- Risk & SLA Management: Identify project risks early, execute mitigation plans, and maintain high service level agreement (SLA) uptime.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in CS/IT/ECE, MCA, or M.Sc (IT). PMP / PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
- Experience: Proven background in managing software development/maintenance projects for Govt / PSU / Banking / Enterprise clients.
- Immediate Joining: Candidates who can join immediately or within 1–2 weeks will be given top priority.
- Technical Presentation: Proficiency in preparing technical presentation slides (PPT) covering project methodology, architecture, and resource management.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior working experience with NIC (National Informatics Centre) or Ministry-level IT projects.
- Familiarity with CMMI Level 3 / Level 5 processes and ISO standards.
