Role Overview:
Responsible for smooth onboarding of HR outsourcing clients by coordinating with internal teams, collecting & validating data, and ensuring proper HRMS and payroll setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as SPOC for new clients during onboarding
Conduct kick-off calls and share onboarding plan
Collect & verify employee, payroll, and statutory data
Coordinate with HR Ops, Payroll, Compliance & HRMS teams
Support HRMS setup, user creation, and basic training
Manage payroll transition and first-month processing
Track onboarding progress and resolve client queries
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of HR, payroll & compliance
Good coordination and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
