Key Responsibilities:
- Call and convert warm leads generated via e-commerce platforms and campaigns
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product
- Assist customers in completing purchase (cart guidance, offers, etc.)
- Follow up with interested prospects until closure
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for offers, stock, and pricing clarity
KPIs:
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate
- Revenue generated per day/week
- Call response time
- Follow-up efficiency
- Average deal closure time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
