Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly and annual sales plans for the North Region aligned with company revenue targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors, developers, real estate companies, and infrastructure project owners
- Drive aggressive market penetration in key cities including Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, and emerging markets across North India
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with minimum 3x coverage of monthly targets
- Conduct market research to identify competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities in the aluminium formwork sector.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers including Project Managers, Construction Heads, Directors, and Procurement Teams
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase aluminum formwork advantages over conventional systems.
- Prepare project-specific commercial proposals, techno-commercial offers, and customized solutions based on client requirements
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely service delivery, and post-sales support
- Manage key accounts and drive repeat business from existing clients
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for primary sales and revenue generation
- Focus on high-value project acquisitions with ticket sizes ranging from ₹50 lakhs to ₹5+ crores
- Drive order booking, order execution, and timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow
- Monitor and improve key sales metrics including conversion ratios, average deal size, and sales cycle duration
Team Leadership & Market Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Executives and Sales Engineers across the North Region Conduct regular field visits with team members to provide on-ground support, coaching, and performance feedback
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor team productivity, and implement improvement plans
- Foster a high-performance, competitive, and customer-centric sales culture
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Technical, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain for seamless project execution
Channel Partner & Dealer Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, and distributors across the North Region
- Allocate targets to channel partners and monitor their performance on primary and secondary sales
- Provide training, technical support, and marketing collateral to enhance partner capabilities
- Ensure proper territory allocation and prevent channel conflicts
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, new product launches, and market share movements
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management
- Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data-driven decision-making
