Role Overview
We’re looking for an Account Manager who can become the trusted partner for our clients
while ensuring flawless execution internally.
This role requires someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems proactively,
coordinating multiple teams, and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client relationships.
Understand business goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
Coordinate with creative, media, content and production teams.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct client meetings, prepare MOMs and follow-ups.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Resolve client concerns with speed and professionalism.
Track project timelines and deliverables.
Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in a digital or advertising agency.
Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Ownership-driven personality with attention to detail.
