Role Overview We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and passionate **Interior Designer** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong spatial awareness, and the ability to transform client requirements into functional, beautiful, and safe interior spaces. You will manage projects from the initial concept and planning stages through to final execution and installation. Key Responsibilities * **Client Consultation:** Meet with clients to understand their goals, lifestyle/business needs, budget, and timeline. * **Concept Development:** Create mood boards, design concepts, and color palettes that align with the client’s vision. * **Space Planning:** Draft detailed 2D and 3D floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to optimize space utilization. * **Material Selection:** Source and select furniture, fixtures, lighting, textiles, finishes, and decor. * **Budget & Timeline Management:** Prepare accurate cost estimates and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule. * **Vendor Coordination:** Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, painters, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of the design. * **Site Supervision:** Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, resolve any on-site issues, and ensure quality control. ### Qualifications & Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. * **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed design projects. * **Knowledge:** Deep understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and materials. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,639.24 per month
