About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Officer to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensure seamless service delivery, and maintain high operational standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong people management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across assigned sites.
- Track and monitor staff attendance regularly and ensure adherence to attendance policies.
- Conduct site inspections for new and upcoming locations to assess operational readiness.
- Audit operational sites to ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards.
- Identify training needs and provide on-site training and guidance to employees as required.
- Train newly joined employees and ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
- Resolve operational escalations within defined timelines while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill vacant positions on priority and avoid operational gaps.
- Plan and execute manpower allocation for new sites to ensure timely deployment and uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources across all assigned locations.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, audit findings, attendance records, and site performance data.
- Travel extensively across India for site visits, audits, employee training, and operational reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in operations, field operations, facility management, staffing, or service industry operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India as per business requirements.
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,981.76 - ₹30,528.06 per month
