Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Architect to lead and manage projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering architectural projects while ensuring design quality, functionality, and adherence to regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of architectural concepts and design solutions
- Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and presentation materials
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and sustainability practices
- Mentor junior architects and interns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
- 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Strong design, visualization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
