Job Summary:
Tastree is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our range of FMCG food products (jam, sauce, squash, crush, chocolates) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, expanding market reach, and strengthening distribution networks across Kerala and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote FMCG food products.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels across Kerala and nearby regions.
- Manage branding, product positioning, and promotional activities to strengthen market presence.
- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and retailers to enhance product reach and visibility.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare marketing reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in FMCG marketing (food industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of distribution networks and retail marketing.
Pay:30,000-70,000(Based on Experience)
