Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Assistant Business Manager – Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage customer concerns, maintain brand reputation, and handle public relations activities for myG. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues, monitoring negative reviews, and handling matters related to social media and public communication.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer feedback and negative reviews
- Handle issues related to social media and public platforms
- Coordinate with store teams to solve escalated customer concerns
- Maintain positive brand image and customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper follow-up on unresolved complaints
- Support management in maintaining smooth retail operations and customer relations
Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales operations or customer relations
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
- Knowledge of social media handling and customer engagement
- Ability to manage customer escalations professionally
- Good coordination and team management skills
