Ltd.Location: Delhi (Travel across India & outstation visits required)Experience Required: Minimum 2 YearsSalary Range: ₹ 25,000 – ₹40,000 per monthJob Description:looking for a proactive and well-presented PR Executive to manage online and offline public relations, represent the company at business events, and actively support business growth and client acquisition through networking and meetings.This role requires frequent travel within Delhi NCR and across India to attend conferences, exhibitions, embassy visits, and corporate events.Key Responsibilities:Manage online & offline PR activities to strengthen brand visibilityRepresent Y&H Cargo at business conferences, trade shows, logistics events, and networking meetsAttend WCA conferences, exhibitions, embassy events, and industry gatheringsGrow business through networking, client meetings, and relationship buildingCollect business cards and leads from events, meetings, and conferences for follow-upsMaintain and update client & lead database from collected business cardsCoordinate and participate in client meetings, business development events, and corporate gatheringsBuild strong relationships with clients, media partners, embassies, and event organizersSupport press releases, company announcements, and PR communicationsTravel within Delhi NCR and across India as required for events and meetingsCoordinate with marketing and management teams for PR and business strategy executionRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or event PRStrong communication, networking, and negotiation skillsConfident, professional, and presentable personalityWillingness to travel frequently for events, meetings, and embassy visitsKnowledge of online PR, social media, and offline branding activitiesExperience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B industry (preferred but not mandatory)
